Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
At Sharkdom, we take the security of our users and systems seriously. If you discover a vulnerability in our Slack app or related systems, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly.
How to Report a Vulnerability
If you identify a security issue, please notify us by:
- Sending an email to support@sharkdom.com.
- Including a detailed description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact.
Our Commitment
- We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours.
- We will work to investigate and address the issue as quickly as possible.
- If you include contact information, we will keep you updated on the status of the fix.
Responsible Disclosure Guidelines
To protect our users, we request that you:
- Avoid exploiting the vulnerability you’ve discovered.
- Do not disclose the vulnerability to others until we have resolved it.
- Act in good faith to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption.
Scope
This program covers vulnerabilities related to:
- Our Sharkdom app.
- Sharkdom and related APIs.
Exclusions
The following are out of scope for our vulnerability disclosure program:
- Social engineering attacks on our employees or users.
- Denial-of-service attacks.
