At Sharkdom, we take the security of our users and systems seriously. If you discover a vulnerability in our Slack app or related systems, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly.

How to Report a Vulnerability

If you identify a security issue, please notify us by:

• Sending an email to support@sharkdom.com.
• Including a detailed description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact.

Our Commitment

• We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours.
• We will work to investigate and address the issue as quickly as possible.
• If you include contact information, we will keep you updated on the status of the fix.

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

To protect our users, we request that you:

1. Avoid exploiting the vulnerability you’ve discovered.
2. Do not disclose the vulnerability to others until we have resolved it.
3. Act in good faith to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, or service disruption.

Scope

This program covers vulnerabilities related to:

• Our Sharkdom app.
• Sharkdom and related APIs.

Exclusions

The following are out of scope for our vulnerability disclosure program:

• Social engineering attacks on our employees or users.
• Denial-of-service attacks.
